Kundalini yoga has deeply transformed my life. Through this practice, I’ve discovered a sense of inner strength and personal power that I hadn’t known before.

As someone who facilitates healing and intuitive work, I often hold space for others. Yoga has been essential in keeping me energetically clear, aligned, and grounded. Beyond the physical practice, yoga is a path of devotion, something I’m continually learning and growing in every day.

    Kundalini yoga is a dynamic system that combines repetitive movements, breathing exercises, chanting, mudras and meditation.

    Kundalini yoga is beneficial for the endocrine, lymphatic, and nervous system. In addition to the physical benefits, kundalini yoga is powerful for the subtle body.

    I teach this practice through a trauma informed lens, as taught by my school Yoga Farm Ithaca where I completed my 200hr Kundalini Warrior Teacher Training.
